📄 License Agreement – ETVaultGuard

Effective Date: July 3, 2025

This software is developed and maintained by England Technologies. By downloading, installing, or using this software, you agree to the terms below:

1. Ownership

ETVaultGuard, including all associated code, binaries, resources, and documentation, is the intellectual property of England Technologies and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

2. Licensing

Use of the Vault or Password Manager requires an active access key subscription.
Keys are linked to individual user accounts and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Subscription payments are handled securely via Stripe. All transactions are final.
Free trial keys are limited to one per user and expire after 7 days.

3. Developer Exception

Authorized developer testers may receive temporary access keys for quality assurance and testing purposes. These are not to be redistributed or used beyond internal validation.

4. Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, or sell the software or access keys without written permission.

5. Security Guarantee

This software uses military-grade encryption (AES-256 GCM) and best practices in access control. However, England Technologies is not liable for any data loss or breaches caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications.

6. Termination

Access keys may be revoked if terms are violated. This includes key resale, exploitation, unauthorized distribution, or malicious behavior.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue all use of ETVaultGuard immediately.
